About the event
November Speed & Agility Training is a 5 Session Package for athletes ages 8-15. Each session athletes will go through training drills to improve their acceleration, quickness, top end speed, reaction time and overall athleticism. Each session will include an Athlete Profile with official laser timed metric testing across multiple speed & agility drills. BX4 Fitness uses the same professional grade speed testing equipment used at the MLB and NBA Combines as well as several NFL teams. Drills will include the 40 Yard Dash, Pro Agility 5-10-5, L-Cone Drill and more. Athletes will push each other to get better as they compete in custom BX4 Fitness athletic obstacle courses and drills. Training sessions are designed for all levels of athlete while being challenging and fun.
Dates & Times: Mondays, November 11, 18, 25 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Saturdays, November 16, 23 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
