The athletic training collaboration of 2024 is at it again - this time we're taking it to North Collier Regional Park! BX4 Fitness & Dynamics of Skill Performance are hosting an ELITE SUMMER SPEED CAMP for all student athletes who are ready to increase their speed, agility and explosiveness!Â
Your athlete will have the opportunity to be trained and coached by TWO former collegiate-level athletes: Coach Joe (track & field sprinter) and Coach Quin (football wide receiver).
Each athlete will benefit from expert speed & agility training, dynamic conditioning and performance testing to elevate their athletic ability and improve their athletic prowess! We will provide official laser-timed metrics to every athlete to track performance progress.Â
